Norway, winter in the mid 1700’s, its stopped snowing and a weak sun is shining filtered light on the scene. Approaching the medieval mining town of Raros, founded in the early 1600’s, from the west. The famous wooden church can be seen on top of the hill. It’s market day and local trappers and farmers can be seen taking their wares to the town market.

Raros is now World Heritage listed.
